how do i book?

is a deposit required?
while your card is not charged at the time of booking, card details are required to secure the reservation.
what is the cancellation policy?
a fee of £20 per person applies for same-day cancellations or no-shows. please email manchester@lennoxrestaurant.co.uk if you have to amend, or cancel your reservation within our cancellation window.
can i walk in?
walk-ins are welcome for drinks at the bar all day, every day. for dining, booking ahead is highly recommended.
large groups:
the online booking system typically handles parties up to 6. for larger groups, please email us: manchester@lennoxrestaurant.co.uk
is there a waitlist?
not at the moment but this is something we are considering. we do reserve our bar area tables for some walk-ins.
do you have a dress code?
While we do not explicitly have a strict dress code, smart-casual is generally recommended.
special occasions and gifting
do you sell gift vouchers?
yes we do. we offer digital gift vouchers at the moment which can be purchased here: https://gifts.lennoxrestaurant.co.uk.

can I bring my own birthday cake?
yes you are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. we cannot store this ahead of your booking time, please arrive five minutes early and our team can store this for you upon arrival only.
do you offer anything special for birthdays or celebrations?
while we do not offer anything as standard, we can certainly help organise something for you. please email us with the following details: reservation number, date, time, name on the reservation and a note of your special request.
can i prepay for someones bill?
unfortunately we cannot organise this however, we do recommend arranging a digital voucher for the reservation you would like to prepay for. you can purchase this at https://gifts.lennoxrestaurant.co.uk.

what kind of food do you serve?
"unapologetic and indulgent cooking built around flavours you already love.” we don’t have a specific cuisine but rather, cook with simple ingredients and familiar flavours.

do you offer a sunday roast?

do you have vegan/vegetarian options?

do you cater to dietaries or allergies?
yes we can! many of our dishes are suitable for gluten-free guests, and we can adapt dishes to your dietary needs. please add your dietary requirements to your booking notes.

accessibility / facilities
can you welcome children and infants?
children and infants are welcome. we follow legislation and so all children under the age of 16 must vacate premises by 8:30pm. we do not have a children's or infant menu, but our small plates and sides are suitable.
are you wheelchair accessible?
yes we are! there are no stairs into our venue and we are all on one level with an accessible toilet. please specify if you are a wheelchair user in your booking notes to ensure we seat you on a suitable table. if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to email us: manchester@lennoxrestaurant.co.uk
is there parking nearby?
as we are in the heart of manchester, there is no private parking. the nearest public car parks are ncp manchester piccadilly gardens or ncp manchester king street, both within a 5-minute walk.
are dogs allowed?
no we do not permit dogs on our premises. however, service dogs are always permitted.

can I use a six by nico gift voucher here?
no, we are completely different restaurants. both companies will operate separately.
is lennox similar to six by nico?
no lennox is a new project from nico simeone. the experience, food and venue is completely different.
